Encounter Charming Attractions

   
The cities of Germany have a lot of attractions which are simply unique to their individual particular regions and hold great attraction for the tourists. The springs of Black Forest have therapeutic powers. Baden-Baden, famous for its spa's is also home to charming villages and resorts. The cities other chief attractions include the Baroque Kleines Theater, National Art Gallery and the Margravial Palace (museum).

Numerous museums and some of the finest Baroque and Renaissance churches along with major international arts centers is a chief attraction in the city of Munich. Here, you can visit the 'Alte Pinakothek' in case you would be interested to see the largest collection of Rubens paintings in the world. Other galleries prominently tourist attractions are the 'Neue Pinakothek', the Pinakothek der Moderne and the Museum der Fantasie. The Oktoberfest beer festival, the most famous of all German events is a regular feature in Munich annually for two weeks in September always ending on the first Sunday of October. Considered to be one of the largest parks in Europe is the 'Englischer Garten' where you can enjoy your day away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. What attracts most tourists is to see the Chinese standing right in the middle of beer gardens.

A sightseer's delight, Hamburg is home to 'The Baroque Church of St Michael' and the 'Town Hall' whose green roof is very distinctive. Prominent principal attractions are the Alster Lake, the Hamburg Art Gallery and the Decorative Arts and Crafts Museum. Theater buffs can pop into the Hamburg State Opera for an evening they can remember for a long time. These and so many other attractions can be encountered in the wonderful land that is Germany.
